On 1 October this year, Martin Daliga was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders the Chairman of the Board of Kolejowe Zakłady Łączności w Bydgoszcz.
He is an expert on systems that increase business efficiency, internal audit and project management. As a promoter of situational leadership by Kenneth Blanchard, he has managed interdisciplinary teams effectively.
For the last several years he has worked with project teams and executed projects with budgets exceeding PLN 10 million. He held a number of functions and roles in the largest Polish companies, including Telekomunikacja Polska, Polkomtel, Asseco Poland, INPROGRESS, and Knowledge Management Development Centre. As a team leader, he has taken part in projects related to the optimization of business processes and increasing competitiveness. For over 5 years he has been a coach for creating business value and restrictions management. He is a PRINCE2 coach accredited by APMG.
He graduated from the School of Communication and Management (major: management), Poznan University of Technology (major: IT), and numerous post-graduate courses: MBA taught at the Higher School of Finance and Management, in the area of quality management and project management. In 2008 he completed doctoral studies at the University of Lodz and received the degree of doctor of economic sciences in the field of project and process management.
